Title:   ConChemistry 246: Beer Tasting for Charity

About:  The Traveling Revelers present ConChemistry 246: Beer Tasting for Charity

We love beer.  You love beer.  And everyone has a favorite beer.

Bring your best home brew or your favorite commercial beer.  We will all share and discuss what we bring and vote on our favorite beer.

The Traveling Revelers will have a selection of our favorite beers, possibly a sampling of Peter Beer Slayer’s own brews (based on availability)

Access to these is limited and usually requires a small donation to the Con’s Charity and an additional suggested donation of a minimum of a six pack or growler of your favorite brew/s.   We work these details out to meet the individual needs and capacity of each con.  Details will be published in your conventions programing list.  (IDs will always be checked)

We would prefer if you provided someone to collect and handle the money and check IDs so that we can focus on the content.

It also helps greatly if we have a confirmation at least 5 weeks prior so that we can be sure to have a keg of home brew ready.

Often Cons have strict arrangements with the hotels regarding food/drink (especially alcohol) in conference space.  In the past, to work within those limits this workshop has been scheduled in a convention “party suite”.  Often this would be the same space where an afternoon (steam punk) tea is hosted. And later that night used by another group to host a high profile party.  And then again in the morning a brunch and/or “hair of the dog party” or a “relax with the writers/celebrities” event )Type your paragraph here.
